Your privacy is important for me - Andrey Anatolievich Kopeyko, Moscow, Russia - (hereinafter as “the Developer”) and as responsible Android developer, I am committed to protect your information privacy. So I have developed this Privacy Policy.

This Policy describes the types of information the Develper may collect and how the Developer will use it to provide and develop the Software. By using any Android application developed by the Developer, you agree to collection and use of the information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, do not use the Software.

In short, you should know:

  1. No information that personally identifies you is collected by the Software.
    • The Developer may collect your contacts and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with Software support.
  2. The Developer collect limited technical information about your devices and behavioural information on how do you use the Software; this data is stored and maintained in secure way.
  3. The Software includes third-party libraries - real-time tracking and mobile applications analytics solutions from industry recognized leaders: Yandex.AppMetrica and Google Analytics. Those libraries information collection and usage are covered by their own privacy policies:

1. Information Developer Collects and Receives

When you Use the Software, the Developer automatically collect and store the following types of information:

1.1. Technical Information. Certain technical information regarding your device type and model, and your Use of the Software and other third party software and applications installed on your device (the “Other Software”), including the type, name and version of operating system and Other Software including, without limitation, their interactions with the Software, Internet protocol (IP) address, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and location, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers (Advertising ID (Identifier for Advertisers used in Android) and the like), version of the Software, and your configuration and settings of the Software;

1.1.1. When a crash of the Sotware is occured on your device, all technical information collected by ACRA library is transfered to Yandex.Appmetrica and Google Play servers in order to investigate in details the root cause of a crash occured;

1.2. Usage and Behavioural Information. Certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Other Software, such as when and how you Use the Software and Other Software. This information is collected via tracking and mobile analytics libraries described above, and is recieved through their developer and analytics consoles;

1.3. Social Networks. Your interactions on social networks through the Software (if applicable);

1.4. Registration Related Information. Information you provide when you register or login through the Software into Other Services (if applicable), such as username, login and password; username or login can be stored on your device locally, using Android provided security mechanisms; password provided by you immediatelly is used for authentification at Other Service and never is stored on a device locally or transmitted from your device via Internet connection, even for backup purposes;

1.5. Support Related Information. If you communicate with the Developer via support email, the Developer may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software, including, any individual Instance ID (as defined below) generated or collected by the Developer;

1.6. Instance ID. When you Use the Software for the first time, it may automatically generate a random UUID (which does not identify neighter you personally nor your device), which is assigned to your use of the Software (the "Instance ID") and may be combined with any information mentioned above;

1.6.1. You can see the Instance ID generated at "About" screen of the Software (if applicable).

2. How the Developer Uses Your Information

The Developer uses the information collected for analytical, statistical, business and operational purposes in the following ways:

2.1. to operate and update the Software and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

2.2. to improve and customize the Software;

2.3. to maintain and improve the quality and operation of the Software;

2.4. to provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback;

2.5. to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software;

2.6. to enforce the terms and conditions applicable to the Software and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof;

2.7. to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Developer may share with Third Parties the information collected in any of the following events:

3.1. If the Developer required by law to disclose the information, the Developer may share the information collected with law enforcement or other competent authorities, as may be required (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Developer and its partners);

3.2. In the event the Developer goes through a business transition such as a merger or acquisition by another company, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the information will be among the assets transferred;

3.3. The Developer may share the information with certain Third Parties (including, without limitation, search engines, content providers, and advertising networks and platforms) that provide various services (such as advertising, marketing, analysis, content, and search) in connection with the Software. The Developer take appropriate measures to ensure that no user can be individually identified from the disclosure of such information, and the Developer require these Third Parties (i) to keep the data secured, (ii) not to use the data for any other purpose other than to provide us with services, and (iii) to use the data solely in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Social Networks

4.1.You may also choose to activate additional features that provide you with the ability to update and use your favorite social networks directly from the Software. During such activation, you will be asked to grant the Company permission to compile certain information from such social networks. This information may include your friends or contact lists, notes, updates, and photos and may be used by the Developer to customize the Content available to you through the Software, suggest new features and Content that may be relevant to you or provide the Developer with data for statistical purposes. The information you allow the Developer to access is that which is presented to you when you choose to activate these features. Please see your social network provider policies for any questions or concerns.

4.2. You may opt not to grant the Developer access to your social network account(s) at any time by changing your social network settings or by not authorizing the Developer access thereto.

5. Cookies and Log Information

This paragraph is only applicable when you use the Software support website, like reading this Policy now. The Software itself does not use cookies.

5.1. Cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your computer when you first visit a website. As with most website cookies, Developer cookies include an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. This identifier helps better understand user base and how they are using support website.

5.2. Log information. The Developer collect certain information (the same information that most websites do) mainly from headers of your HTTP request to access support website: your Internet Protocol address, the browser type you used, the date and time of day, and the unique ID provided by the cookie.

5.3. The Developer use Cookies and Log information to:

5.4. Most browsers are initially set up to accept Cookies but you can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is sent. However, some functions of the support website may not function properly if your cookies are disabled. By using the support website, you affirmatively consent to the collection of cookies and log information as described above.

6. Transfer of Data Outside Your Territory

6.1. The Software work over the Internet. The Developer may store and process information in various locations throughout the globe. You hereby provide the Developer with your express consent to transfer of your data.

7. Data Retention

7.1. The Developer retain the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as necessary to fulfill Developer's business and/or operational purposes or comply with a legal request. The Developer may also choose to anonymize parts of the information collected so that it can no longer be identifiable or attributable to any person if the Developer want to keep it for longer periods of time.

8. Amendments to the Policy

8.1. The Developer shall be entitled to make amendments to this Policy at its own discretion, including without limitation, in order to reflect the changes in the applicable legislation and implement amendments to the Software. The Developer undertakes not to introduce significant changes, imposing additional obligations or reducing your rights hereunder, without proper notice to you.

8.1. Updated versions of this Privacy Policy shall be published on this support website not later than 5 days before it Effective Date.
